2. Quotes and Prices

• Promotional price quotes are valid until the promotional end date or the date indicated in the quote, whichever comes first.

• Prices are subject to change without notice, except for quotes already issued within their validity period.
  

3. Delivery Times

• Delivery times provided are estimates and may vary depending on demand, material availability, and external conditions.

• Vélum is not responsible for delays caused by force majeure, weather events, logistical problems, or any other factor beyond our control.
  

4. Installation and Maintenance

• Vélum is not responsible for damage caused during installation if it was not performed by our authorized team.

5. Returns and Cancellations

• Because our products are custom made, we do not accept returns.

• In the event of an order cancellation before production begins, a partial refund may be applied, subject to administrative costs and costs for materials already purchased.
