By accessing and using our website, products, and services, you accept the following terms and conditions. We recommend reading them carefully.

1. Product Warranty

At Velum, we are committed to offering quality products. Our warranty applies exclusively to our curtains and blinds, covering any manufacturing defects.

  • The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper handling, misuse, incorrect installation by third parties, exposure to extreme environmental conditions for which the product was not designed, or any other factor external to manufacturing and the nature of its materials.
  • The warranty does not cover damage, failures, or malfunction caused directly or indirectly by abnormal or defective electrical network conditions, including: voltage variations (surges, drops, or spikes), intermittent power outages, frequency fluctuations, electrical discharges or atmospheric phenomena, and inadequate third-party electrical installations.
  • Folding doors are excluded from warranty coverage due to the nature of their components and normal wear from multi-user operation.
  • To validate the warranty, the client must present the original quotation as proof of purchase along with evidence of the defect.
  • If the warranty applies, Velum may opt for repair or replacement of the product, as appropriate.

2. Quotations and Pricing

  • Quotations with promotional pricing are valid until the promotion deadline or the date indicated on the quotation, whichever comes first.
  • Prices are subject to change without notice, except for quotations already issued within their validity period.

3. Delivery Timelines

  • Delivery timelines provided are estimates and may vary depending on demand, material availability, and external conditions.
  • Velum is not responsible for delays caused by force majeure, weather events, logistics issues, or any other factor beyond our control.

4. Installation and Maintenance

  • Velum is not responsible for damage caused during installation if it was not performed by our authorized team.
  • To ensure product durability, we recommend following the care and maintenance instructions provided.

5. Returns and Cancellations

  • Because our products are made to measure, we do not accept returns.
  • If an order is cancelled before production begins, a partial refund may apply, subject to administrative costs and materials already procured.

6. Website Usage

  • All information provided on our website is for informational purposes and may be subject to change.
  • Unauthorized use of the content, images, and text on this site is prohibited.
